Nicknames

I was sitting on the john today thinking about nicknames. I was thinking about all the nicknames that I have ever had. Some good, some bad, and some that made me wonder how I earned that nickname in the first place. I don't know what lead me to the thought process of old nicknames but it was fun to think about these names.

My early childhood nicknames are still around. They consist of cute pet names that my mom and dad called me. Including some childish names that my siblings and I threw back and forth. I never really got any nicknames from first through eighth grade, and then high school started. There weren't that many, but unlike earlier nicknames these floated away into the graveyards of failed nicknames.

I think my least favorite nicknames were when I first started a full time nine to five job once I graduated. I was the FNG, and there wasn't a single person at my works who would let me forget it. They would call: tiger, sport, noobie, new guy, shorty, and my personal favorite FNG. Now that I'm just a tad bit older the nicknames have all but dropped off, except for those that I embrace and actually enjoy. Many of you may ask what my nicknames are...

I'll never tell unless you know me.

Ciao ciao for now.
